I am also director of one of ELI's twelve centres.

I am currently working as part of a three person Academic Department / DOS team including responsibilities for course design and teacher training.

1989 – English Language Institute IT Resource coordinator

Since 1994 I have been responsible for the highly successful implementation of computers in the school. Used primarily as a complement to our regular courses we have grown from four computers to all our six centres having a dedicated computer room with multimedia and internet. I select software, prepare print-based guides and worksheets, teacher training and hardware maintenance. I have also developed our web site (www.eli.es) and am currently working on the implementation of internet, extending email and possible video conferencing projects. More recent additions to the site include www.eli.es/class www.eli.es/summer and www.eli.es/teacher

I have taught all levels and ages although I am particularly interested in higher levels. I have prepared students for all major exams especially FCE, CAE and am currently responsible for Cambridge Advanced and Cambridge Proficiency courses. I am an Oral Examiner for CAE, FCE and KET
